As well as making and selling jewellry, we offer a repairs service for necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
Repairs for products which have been purchased from Bijou Joli are free of charge for up to 3 months [proof of purchase is required].
For other products, we will need to asses the product before being able to give a quote. To do so, we will require a photo of the product in areas where damaged and, if possible, a photo of the product prior to it's damage. We aim to provide a good service for our customers, but if you aren't entirely satisfied with your product, we do accept returns made within 10 days of despatch. As long as the product is returned in it's original condition. You will receive your money back (not including cost of p&p) - [proof of purchase is required].Some products however (e.g. earrings) are nonrefundable due to hygiene reasons. Refunds are made after the product has been received. Before making a return please use our Contact Us form, and wait for a reply.
